All bookings made in writing, online through the Football Trips website and by phone with one of the Footballtrips Limited representatives are all subject to our terms and conditions.
All deposits are non refundable
All outstanding balances must be paid up 6 weeks prior to the game. If this term is not met, Footballtrips Limited may without any notice reallocate confirmed bookings.
Fixture times and dates are all subject to change due to Sky & Setanta television and various cup commitments. Please make all travel arrangements accordingly. Footballtrips Limited is not responsible for these changes and therefore no refunds will be given.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the discretion of management by way of credit note.
It is the clients responsibility to check the date and time of kick off prior to arrival. Up to date information is available from the various official club websites.
All tickets are subject to availability.
All hotels are subject to availability.
Any client wishing to cancel must notify Footballtrips Limited in writing immediately. Cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to the event booked will incur a charge of 50% of the full invoice. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the event, will leave clients incurring a cancellation charge for the entire invoice.
Tickets are generally in the home supporters section and clients are therefore advised not to wear the visiting team colours, as they will be ejected from the stadium for their own safety.
Footballtrips Limited is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property as all clients attend events organised by Footballtrips Limited at their own risk.
